Terms of service

★ Commission Process ★

Ordering

- Commission details are discussed via dm on both twitter and furaffinity. Please do not send me emails or messages on discord about commissions unless I ask you to.
- When messaging me you must provide a clean easy to understand reference sheet and any details you'd like included in your piece.
- I am willing to work with deadlines for a fee varying from $5-$20 depending on how close the deadline is and how complex the commission details are.
- If a form is provided for a commission type please fill it out completely and clearly.

Payment

- All payments are done via PayPal invoice unless otherwise specified.
- Other payment methods can be discussed!
- Work on your commission will not begin until payment is received in FULL.
- Tips are always greatly appreciated ♥

Work in progress

- I send sketches to clients for approval for all commission types except sketches and sometimes YCHs. If you would like wips for either feel free to request them!
- Changes with in reason at this point of the process are free.
- You can check my trello to see where your commission is in queue.

Refunds

- Refunds can only be requested if I have not started on your piece.
- I can choose to refund your commission at any point for any reason.
- If I choose to refund your commission after work has started I will give you a partial refund based on how much progress has been made.

Posting

- I reserve the right to post a completed commission anywhere I choose as well as use/modify it as an example for promotional material.
- You may repost with credit to any site of your choosing.
- Please do not edit or claim my work as your own.

Copyright

- Copyright of ALL work belongs to me.
- You may use your commission for personal use including SMALL amounts of stickers to hand out to friends or t-shirts for personal wear.
- You may NOT use my work to produce LARGE amounts of merchandise to sell for your profit.
- Do NOT use my work for non-fungible tokens

Edits

- I am willing to edit a finished commission after completion for a fee that will be calculated based on changes requested.
- I will correct any errors that are my fault free of charge.

References

A clean and easy to understand reference is needed to bring your character to life! Your reference must include at least two views of your character (front and back) please be sure your character’s design is finalized before commissioning.

Quotes

Quotes are calculated based on design complexity and extra features you’d like added to your suit. Quotes are always open and do not bind you to a commission slot agreement. Quotes expire six months after being issued.

Ordering

Buyer must be 18 or older to commission, we do not work with minors and may ask for proof of ID. Minor design changes are okay until work is started or supplies are ordered.

Payment

A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your commission slot as discussed. We accept paypal only at this time. You have the option to pay in full or set up a payment plan. Payment plans start with the 30% down payment and must be paid off within 6 months after. Payments MUST be made monthly, 7 days after the payment is past due a late fee of $50 will be charged.

Deadlines

We do our best to estimate when a commission will be completed. If you need your suit by a certain date we will charge a rush fee calculated based on how soon the deadline is. Rush fees will only be refunded if the date is missed due to our error. If the date is missed due to lack of timely communication it will not be refunded.

Shipping

We do not offer local pickup. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fees, packaging, insurance, custom and import fees. All items will be shipped to the address provided via paypal.

Repairs

If a suit arrives with any damage or flaws previously not discussed, take pictures and send them to us immediately. Any damage that is our fault will be repaired at no cost to the buyer. Alterations can void repairs. Large repairs are quoted on a case by case basis, buyer pays return shipping. Returns must come in clean and sanitary, if not a cleaning fee based on the size of the item will be charged.

Sizing

You are responsible for providing us with accurate personal measurements. Duct tape dummies or DTDs are required for commissioning a full suit to insure sizing is correct. Use a painter's suit, strong duct tape and be sure to tape down to your ankles, wrists and neck. We are not responsible for poor sizing if the buyer provides incorrect measurements or inaccurate DTD.
